What’s included vs. out of scope

Remote support hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm CT (holidays excluded).
Out of scope / billable projects: Server/email/domain migrations, new site turn-ups, cabling, major app deployments, line-of-business upgrades, custom scripting beyond standard onboarding.

Do you support Macs and Windows? Yes—mixed environments are fine.
Do you require a minimum? 5 users minimum; micro-clients under 5 quoted per device.
Can we start on Monitor & Assist and upgrade later? Absolutely—most clients move to Managed IT within 90 days.
Are Microsoft 365 licenses included? Licenses billed at cost or you can keep your provider—your choice.
Do you cover compliance? The Compliance/XDR tier includes artifacts and reviews; formal audit support is available as an add-on.
